The Saturday battle will be on the trails starting at the Petroglyph trail camping ground following along the gorge and ridges of the Rio Bonito and on the other side which features an unpaved road toward Fort Stanton. The battle will end before the German internment camp. There is a one road which parallels the Rio Bonito, it connects Fort Statnton to the Petroglyph campground. Allied forces will stage at the Petroglyph entrace by 9AM. Allied forces may camp in the field prior to the battle, but may not stage forward of one quarter mile from the Petroglyph after 10AM. Squad sized recons are permitted prior to the battle however no more tham one mile from the Petroglyph is permitted. At 10 AM forces will move to engagement and fall back toward the Internment camp. There is no planned break for lunch, units will eat on their own time in the field. The battle will commence at 10AM and continue until 4PM. Water bags will be placed on the Rio Bonito and Petroglyph Trails as well as in all vehicles. Medical evacuation can be arranged from either end of the Rio Bonito road. Medics can also arrange for transport from the battlefield in emergencies. After the fight we'll have a chance to look over the reamins of the internment camp then march back to the base camp site at Fort Stanton.
