  • Valle delle Grotte (Cave Canyon) - Friday Battle & Map

  • The Friday battle will be along the Cave Canyon Road a roughly NW - SE axis of battle in the Cave Canyon. The battle will be confined to Cave Canyon. The road will serve as the main axis of the battle. Vehicles will enter from the Equestrian road entrance.

    Forces will move to engagement and fall back toward the Marine Cemetary. There is no planned break for lunch, units eat on their own time in the field. The battle will commence at 10AM and continue until 4PM.

    Troops wishing to camp in the field may do so but Allied forces may not stage more than one quarter mile into Cave Canyon. Small unit recons of single squad size are permitted.

    Water bags will be placed at the right side of the Cave Canyon Road as well as in all vehicles. Medical evacuation can be arranged from either end of Cave Canyon Road. Medics can also arrange for transport from the battlefield in emergencies.
